Description
The tour begins at the Mount of Olives viewpoint, offering panoramic views of Jerusalem. At the foot of the Mount lies the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed before his crucifixion. In the center of the garden is the Church of All Nations, also known as the Basilica of the Agony.
The Church of the Sepulchre of Saint Mary, traditionally considered the Tomb of the Virgin Mary, is located on the south slope of the Mount of Olives.
On Mount Zion, visit the Last Supper Room (Cenaculum) and the Dormition Abbey, sites traditionally associated with Jesus’ final meal and Mary's assumption.
The Via Dolorosa is a street inside Jerusalem’s Old City believed to be the path Jesus walked on his way to crucifixion.
The Church of the Holy Sepulcher includes Golgotha, the Holy Sepulcher chapel, and the Church of the Resurrection, along with several chapels and monasteries representing various Christian denominations.
