Description
Depart from Davidka Square in Jerusalem at 7:30 AM and drive to Masada, a historic fortress where Jewish rebels resisted Roman forces. You can take a cable car to the top and view the surrounding landscape.
Next, hike through Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, noted for its springs, waterfalls, and distinctive plants and animals. Note that due to recent flooding, an alternative location will be visited instead of Ein Gedi.
Conclude with a visit to the Dead Sea, where you can float in the salty water and apply therapeutic mud. The tour returns to Jerusalem around 5:00 PM.
