Description
The tour begins at the Mount of Olives, descending to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations, then continuing to the Kidron Valley. Visit the Dormition Church on Mount Zion and the Coenaculum.
Enter the Old City through Zion Gate and walk through the Armenian Quarter to the Byzantine Cardo, then to the Western Wall (Kotel). Follow the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher before exploring the markets in the Old City.
Upon arrival in Bethlehem, switch to a local guide. Walk around Manger Square to the Church of the Nativity, including its grotto and the altar dedicated to the three wise men. Pass the small Armenian Chapel of Kings and the Crusader Church. The tour ends at Shepherds' Field, where you will see the tent-shaped chapel and its panels depicting the life of Jesus.
