Description
Your Jerusalem Highlights Tour begins with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city from Mount Scopus.
Enter the Old City through the historic Zion Gate and step into the Armenian Quarter. Continue into the Jewish Quarter, where you’ll discover the remains of the Byzantine Cardo and visit the sacred Western Wall. Then walk along the Via Dolorosa, following the traditional path of Jesus, until you reach the iconic Church of the Holy Sepulchre - home to the sites of the crucifixion and Christ’s tomb, as well as centuries of cherished religious treasures. Wander through the colorful stalls of the Old City bazaar.
The tour then leads to the peaceful Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations, followed by a view of the Kidron Valley with its ancient Jewish tombs. On Mount Zion, see the Dormition Church and visit both the Room of the Last Supper and King David’s Tomb.
Note: On Mondays and Thursdays (except during Jewish holidays), the tour visits the Holocaust Museum instead of Mount Zion sites and the Church of All Nations.
